The boiler installation was carried out professionally throughout, from initial discussions through to commissioning. Installation team were polite and friendly and respectful of this being our home, working tidily and with as little disruption as necessary. After sales service has been prompt and helpful, too. Would definitely use this company again.

Kyle in the office/showroom arranged everything seamlessly (including a somewhat recalcitrant scaffolder) and the 2-man installation team were courteous, obviously highly competent and did an excellent job of installing a new wood burner. H&C provided a highly professional service throughout, explained every step of the process and completed the job in a day all at a very competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is considering installation of a wood burner which, in my case, is now a central feature of our living room.

Humphrey and Crockett are an excellent business to work with. They completed a full installation of an Air Source Heat Pump in my 100 year old bungalow to a cracking standard. From my initial conversations with Paul Humphrey we went through a substantial period of design, making sure that the new system would function exactly as required, noting the differences between Heat Pump and Oil fired systems. Working with Grant, H and C made all applications for rebates through the RHI scheme seamless. The quality of installation conducted by H and C's team over a week and a half was first class. All of the team were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Communication was great throughout and all commissioning and handing over of the system was conducted very well. Follow up, snagging and ongoing servicing has been very good: 6 months in and the system is working very well (better than our expectations with lower bills too!) and the one minor issue we had was responded to on the same day. I have received much interest in our village about our Air Source installation and have had no hesitation in recommending Humphrey and Crockett to our neighbors and friends. There are a lot of myths and bad press about heat pumps, but Paul and his team know exactly what the requirements are likely to be for houses in the Andover area, and our system is better, more affordable, with lower running costs and greener than an equivalent oil system. I look forward to continuing as a customer of theirs for years to come.

We used this company to replace our chimney flu and also to replace our fireplace with a new one. The whole team at Humphry & Crockett were amazing from start to finish and all the way along we felt we were given the right information to help us make the choices we needed. The installation team were brilliant, reliable, trustworthy, professional and friendly (even dog friendly!). I highly recommend Humphrey & Crockett. From prompt quote to installation, Kyle and the team were helpful and efficient throughout. They are also trustworthy - my second invoice was adjusted to reflect one day's labour rather than two, and they did everything they said they would. We now have a fabulous looking wood burner, opened up in the original fireplace. A great fit by a friendly, reliable group of guys. Thanks so much.
