System required security alarm, Came on time to do the survey & quotation no hard sell & good practical advise given that all made sense. The quotation supplied in our opinion was fair for the system. Arrived on time to install the system, cleared up any mess caused by fitting items & spent a lot of time to ensure that we were happy with how the system operated. All in all a very good job carried out & we would recommend them.

Excellent product and customer service. New alarm system was delivered speedily and Gino patiently explained to us the features and how to operate it through the various options. This alarm has replaced one that had been installed by a national company which was outdated, confusing and for which the customer service had been poor. We are so pleased that we now have a fantastic, intuitive and secure system that is future proofed, and gives us peace of mind. Highly recommended and would definitely use Hunter Alarms again.

I engaged Hunters initially to maintain a domestic system, as replacement for the company that had failed to provide any level of service,. On the basis of that service, I then asked them to quote for replacing that wired system with a wireless version. During the process of quoting for the replacement system, Hunters were never less than responsive and transparent in their dealings with me. My confidence in them was boosted when during the discussion about the equipment involved, they sent me the link to equipment manufacturer to allow me to check that company's bona fides and the range of devices. Removing the old and replacing with the new was achieved in a very smoothly run morning, and we even managed to reinstall the external sounder during some very unpleasant weather. Since installation Hunters have never been less than extremely responsive to my operational queries. With the most recent of these - Hunters turned up on my doorstep within half an hour of my sending them a message.
