Nicola Lasen1 StarI had a really old heating system in my house and decided to have all of the radiators and thermostat replaced, and the boiler serviced. I had been recommended this company by a neighbour. The two guys who did the work were exceptional - swift, efficient and left everything very clean/tidy. However, on inspecting the radiators once they had left I spotted damage to one of the radiators. I made contact with the company who agreed to replace it. After many emails and WhatsApp’s complete radio silence. This has me very disappointed as a customer. A job well done in my view includes good follow up customer service. It is therefore with regret that I would not recommend this company.Friday 26th August 2022

Kerry Houseago5 StarNew boiler installed, moved to the other side of the house which required a whole lot of pipework being added and floors lifted. This was not an easy job but was carried out without fuss and in a tidy manor. Thrilled with the new system and new location which has freed up space in kitchen, bedroom and loft.
