Tasha Mellins-Cohen1 StarTook weeks to come out for initial call-out. After three visits they had replaced the wrong part without solving the leak, and were claiming that they were unlikely to be able to do so without removing the toilet. Refused to provide an itemised invoice identifying what I was being asked to pay for, and the bill was substantially more than that of the replacment plumber who had identified and fixed the leak in an hour (without removing the toilet).
