“After several plumbers had failed to show up, and after 2 failed attempts by other plumbers to fix a leaking flush pipe and flexi waste along came IM Heating & plumbing. The problem was assessed and the solution was explained thoroughly with all the pro’s and con’s. They took their time to ensure that the work they did was a permanent fix and not just covering up the problem like previous ‘plumbers’. Adjustment was made to the cast iron soil pipe, a solid/rigid waste pipe fitted and a new flush pipe fitted. Instantly the leak has stopped, the toilet is flushing as it should and showing no signs of leaking anywhere. IM Heating & plumbing were very informative, punctual, polite and courteous. Excellent workmanship, tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend them and would most definitely use them again in the future” Crawley

Really pleased with Ian's work on our en-suite. Great approach to the whole job and a pleasant professional attitude throughout. He took all unexpected issues that arose in his stride and took the stress this caused us away. Beautiful finish to everything he fitted, we could not be more pleased with the end result. Quick, clean, efficient and very professional, can't see us wanting to use anyone else in the future.
