A disgrace. People want to give to local companies in this day in age due to national/international companies trying to monopolise markets but this company is horrendous. The lady in the office has absolutely woeful communication skills, hasn't an ounce of customer service. Their quotes are a joke. Con artists. Stay away.

Replying to defamatory review by Seth Rowlings: Strange that despite an uncommon name, you are not found on Facebook, nor on the Electoral Register leaving us no way in which to respond to this unfair and unfounded review. This effectively anonymous review is almost certainly a fake malicious review presumably from a competitor. It appears extremely easy for such malicious reviews to be made on google and there is no way to remove them. Such Libels are almost impossible to deal with legally as Google will not divulge the reviewer, nor allow correspondence via them in order that we can remonstrate with the reviewer. There is also no means of attaching a reply directly to their review. As such, we are at the mercy of an extremely unfair Google system. IXP Security are arguably the oldest security centre in the country, having been trading for 52 years now. The firm has always strived for excellence of quality, efficiency and above all reliability, longevity and fantastic value for money.. The company is obliged by the National Security Inspectorate to show their inspectors all formal complaints so that they can check that the company endeavours to rectify any negative issues promptly. In fifty years, the Company has had only two formal complaints and both were shown to be borne out of a technical misunderstanding by the client and all made right with them. Yet here we see a defamatory diatribe in a Google review from a 'client' we have no record of ever having dealt with. The use of the term 'con artists' is certainly, libellous and therefore, should be sufficient for Google to remove the review, but as yet, they have failed to do this. The name of the reviewer is untraceable by us and so, we cannot contact them.. We can therefore only assume that this is a fiction created by either a competitor, or someone out to do us harm. If there is an offended client who has indeed written this, then please have the courtesy to contact IXP, asking for the Managing Director, so that he can have the opportunity to discover the story and rectify any issue they may have. As Google provide no proper right of reply, then this is our only way in which to defend what is clearly a completely over-the-top review, even if they feel that we let them down in some way. They have certainly not mentioned anything directly to us. It is most sad that at the very moment that our company has its' 50th birthday, on the 19th January, that someone would post such a questionable review. It is also most unfair. It does seem to be a strange coincidence.
