Driver was late picking me up for a train today. Called with extra time planned for contingency. I live 7 mins from the station. Upon missing my train i was offered no help and after calling to arrange transfer back home to rebook a ticket for another time i was made to pay again. My family has used 57 taxis exclusively for over 30 years and even knowing this, still decided to treat me so appallingly and seemed to offer very little in the way of sympathy or apology. Will never recommend a company with such disregard for customer service to anyone. Avoid at all costs

After waiting 15 mins I rang the base to be told taxi is 2 mins away. Another 10 mins passed I rang the base they said the driver went home and another one will be coming in another 15 mins. Very poor service. Missed my appointment because of there lies.

Hands down worst taxi company. Had so many bad experiences with Icars and issues are never dealt with or taken seriously. I won't be using them anymore and don't recommend to anyone.

A child from next door was due to be picked up on Friday afternoon. They didn't even wait and left her stranded. After 2 phone calls we got another vooked but they wanted paying again when it's a contract from another service. Unhelpful and uncaring. I would not recommended them to anyone
