Since you can't get them to speak to you on the phone, I'd say they are poor. All you get is a recorded message saying they are receiving a high volume of calls and asking you to leave your name and number. I've called so many times, different times of day, different days, and no, I don't believe they are receiving a high volume of calls. They're hardly BET 365. It just means that you have to jump to their tune, and you can't speak to them when it's convenient for you - only when it's convenient for them, and you've no way of knowing when that might be. If that's an experience you'd be satisfied with, well good luck to you. But it's not good customer service practice, and doesn't bode well for the experience you're likely to have if you choose to do business with them. Three stars because I really don't know more about them than I've put here. So a middling score.

Kev is fantastic, he fitted a Parrot Handsfree kit for me over 5 years ago. I had an issue with it a few weeks ago and he resolved it free of charge. (he even remembered fitting it into my car) I had another issue recently and he was more than happy to give expert advice regarding the issue and it has since been resolved. Top guy! I would definitely recommend Ice Beat for any audio or car entertainment system. Thanks again :)
