Had a cold call from this company today. Didn’t ask if it was convenient to talk, knew my name and went straight into a waffling sales pitch. I said, no thanks and hung up. The same man then rang me back on a withheld number and had a go at me for hanging up on him. I said “you didn’t even ask if it was convenient to talk” and he went on a rant about it was my fault for answering the phone. I hung up again, and I presume “as I didn’t answer again” that he rang back another five times over the next five minutes on a withheld number. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Phoned to tell me that they'd spoken to my Neighbors and they'd already booked an appointment with them. We is funny really because they told my neighbors the same thing two weeks before to say that I'd confirmed my appointment, yet had never had a call from them until today. Not a good way to start a sales pitch by lying.
