Ikea was lovely as usual. Full of so many brilliant items for our home. Haven't been for ages & was very impressed with the layout- especially how all the cushions are displayed in colours. The lights selection was fantastic too. We even had a cheeky 3 course meal. Only 3 stars awarded though as we really want some Pax wardrobes & they are totally out of stock everywhere :(

It is not too bad but making you queue up again outside to get a car park ticket is a special kind of stupid. The tractors they use to collect trolleys could easily be electric but the dollar rules I suppose. On the bright side you can drive from the main car park to collections without having to go outside.

Walking through the store feels like being trapped in an episode of Twin Peaks: following arrows round the store on a convoluted route that never seems to end :) However the fake rooms are cleverly set up: they feel very real, especially the mini apartment ones. If such a thing were allowed, plumb in some of the bathrooms and kitchens and you would have the world’s most popular air B and B :) Not a bad place really, definitely not a shopping experience like too many others.
