Fist point of contact was John who took time to understand my property and needs. A telephone survey was undertaken which meant that when the engineer arrived, he knew exactly what to do. IFS were really accommodating in helping us to install a temporary alarm in lieu of a fully operational system whilst we were having work done on our house. The two engineers that arrived to install the system (Craig and Connor I believe) were both courteous and and professional, and were able to work around some temporary issues whilst the renovation was still underway. I'm only holding back one star until the work is complete :-).
