Appalling company, ordered an item in September, didn’t receive it, chased for 3 months, apparently there is no order number, even though I provided proof of purchase. Sanj stated as far as they are concerned I’ve received the item but as a gesture of goodwill they’ll order it again! So called me a liar and a thief… when I said provide evidence of an order number and delivery he hung up on me… if I could give 0 I would!

I have bought a bed from them , the product looks very nice but if you have issue whit product they are not really responsible , I have broken the screw for bed ,I rang them and ask to send it for us about November , they told me would send it to me still after 4 month I havent receive it , I think they have been lying , the bed is loos and I feel really disappointed why I chose this company
