I called International Rescue after my elderly mother had been left without heating for 2 weeks waiting for her regular plumber to fix it. International Rescue came out the same day and got the boiler going, unfortunately one of the parts fitted by the other plumber failed and they were back 2 days later on the Friday. After a thorough investigation they found that the part at fault had been withdrawn and there was no more they could do with the old boiler. They quoted me for a replacement on the Friday evening and after rearranging other work had the 2 boilers in my mother's house replaced by 7pm on the Monday evening. She was starting suffer quite badly from the cold, the electric heaters we were using sometimes tripped the consumer unit leaving her without heat or light, International Rescue saw the urgency of the situation and fixed it at an incredible pace AND at a great price. Andy and his team did a great job with replacing a water tank in the loft with a pressurised hot water tank, amongst other bits and bobs. Really lovely guys who do a proper job and really helpful with advice and honest opinion. So good to find such professional tradesmen.
