Kenneth Standbridge1 StarI don't normally leave reviews but felt I must after today. I called to arrange an oil change, was told it would be no problem, can be done today and drop by at around 3, I was quoted a price which seemed expensive, 165. I asked if it would take long, or can I just wait around for it to be done, again was assured it was no problem over the phone.
So I drive over and immediately it seems like I'm not wanted there, I am being a huge inconvenient for dropping off a car without an appointment? I mentioned that I pretty much just got off the phone with them but was told I must have been talking to someone else "apparently the people working their don't talk to each other" also the price is now 215?? and they don't have an ETA when it will be done, I can just leave my keys and go..
I expected to go for a walk with my dog in the local park while they did the work, not just drop my keys off to someone who doesn't have a clue what I want and somehow expect to get my car back within an hour or so?
Complete waste of my time, and very unprofessional.Friday 13th May 2022
