Unable to email company about Durham branch. Rude staff. most of my purchase goes down drain, literally, unless the manager is on. Very rude young ladies working for you. They are full of smiles until they get your money then literally ignore me. All the whey and mango cloggs to the bottom of the blender. They then wash this down the drain. Some staff have allowed me to drink off the top of the shake so the rest can be poured into the container, one uses a larger container (it froths up) and gives it an extra blend at my request, but the 2 young girls, dark and blond hair just ignore me and even try to create an argument. Very ignorant. Ive spent a small fortune in there (durham) a few manners costs NOTHING! Its a lot of money we pay for a high profit item... sad that the bugs in your drain get most of the nutrition not the customer!

Visited Tuesday 28th December, ordered latte, cappacunio, earl grey and hot chocolate, and 4 amazing cakes, taste was sublime, absolute gem of a shop, really nice, friendly and pleasant girl who served us, we sat in, totally recommend
