We discussed several options as well as the cons and pros and his guidance and expertise was extremely useful in deciding what options to go for in the end. The system installed is extremely user friendly and he took plenty of time to explain how everything worked. During his free site visit he provided a detailed explanation & followed up with a detailed quotation. He arrived on time, was a tidy worker & would have completed within the time frame had one component not been faulty. He came back the following day with a replacement component to finish.
