Landlord got this company in to put a new DB board and replace some of the sockets and relocate some sockets, on the day they came too switch over the DB board I left them good access and a clear run so they could carry out their work unimpeded. unknown to me they would also do electrical safety check throughout the house some of the sockets were in my daughter's bedroom which was not very tidy I understand, now instead of calling me to tell me that they need access to the bedrooms they chose to clear the bedroom themselves in the process they decided to dump all my daughter's toys including a £400 drawing tablet in the closet causing a severe scratch on the screen which has now rendered the tablet useless thanks alot guys!! they also cause damage to the newly fitted wallpaper in the front room which they denied ever doing anyone using this company they need to be watched because they lie and don't own up when they damage things they spend all day talking and complaining about the job and not actually getting on with the work as I found out after my partner was trying to sleep in the attic on one of the days they were here. Level of workmanship was poor they chose to run mains electrical cables alongside low voltage data cables when we agreed on a location for the run of the cables they did the opposite and just rang them down the easiest route to suit them again this company needs watching as they do whats easiest for them selves MCB keeps tripping again they did the easiest option for themselves and not what was correct they chose to run the cellar sockets the kitchen sockets the tumble dryer the washing machine the kettle the microwave the cooker and fridge all on one 16 amp circuit which you can imagine when you have the tumble dryer the washing machine and then you put the oven on too 16 amp breaker cannot handle the current and trips repeatedly this is just another example of the lack of care about the end product but they just do it the quickest way to suit them to get the job done Overall I'm extremely disappointed with his company when they first arrived they seem very professional and you what they were doing at the end of the day the dislike most companies out to make as much profit as possible and don't care about the end products and also with this property being rented that includes another level of lack of care because it's rented and not home owned property extremely disappointed I would not recommend anybody uses this company sorry guys you service was extremely poor if you want to come and sort out the tripping circuit breaker as you said you would I'll be happy to remove it out of this review
