Andy Burton1 StarI was delighted when on Christmas Day my call was answered and the Mechanic was booked to come to my house at 13:00 on the day after Boxing Day. By 14:00 no one had arrived. No one was replying to my texts, calls or emails. I wasted a whole day. Very disappointed.
