Jackson were able to manage every aspect of our Fire Alarm, CCTV and Intruder Alarm requirements and also took care of Fire extinguisher and signage too for a commercial site we were redeveloping in central Cambridge. Googie W5 StarI contacted Jackson Fire and Security after reading review from other customers as I had previous negative experiences with other firms whilst trying to get CCTV for my property.
I had telephoned Jackson Fire and Security the previous week, explaining my situation. I also made it clear that I was enquiring an had not made my final decision of which company to use.
A really nice man named Tom telephoned me. He seemed genuinely nice and helpful. We discussed at length and I was happy that Tom was clear, informative and gave me a rough idea on pricing which he said reflected the quality of product and workmanship. I was more than happy with this as I was assured that I would not have to deal with any more incompetent companies as my previous experiences.
I have had further discussions with Tom regarding CCTV as I had further questions and I had previously pre-arranged other companies to visit and make my final decision. I wanted further advice and questions, which even though he knew I was still had other appointments, he was happy to give in helping me, also happy that I was clear that I wanted to look at all avenues be for making my final choice.
I felt I also wanted to comment and to praise him that it is so important that you feel that you have a good rapport between companies and customers as this makes the whole experience so much nicer. You are secure that a company want to work with you rather than get a job done. I feel that this is important to Tom as well.
I hope this helps particularly others looking towards domestic CCTV and not technically minded.
