Absolutely top notch. Swift, reliable, tidy, professional. What's not to like. Jamie put a new bathroom in for us a number of years ago (which was on time, in budget and trouble free) when he was almost a one-man band. The ethos hasn't changed now he has a team of guys and gals working for him. They are all courteous, tidy and professional, and will always be my plumbers of first resort.

Jamie and his team have an excellent service. Jamie understood our requirements and was able to provide advice on what would work best for us. He was adaptable when our plans changed last minute and came up with ideas to resolve problems whilst saving us money. All of his staff are polite and tidy - two key attributes. He was on time every day and the work was completed within the timeframe. The best thing though is the aftercare. I had a few things which needing sorting, minor things that hadn't fit in the original timeframe, and Jamie made sure they were completed and that I was completely satisfied with the job. Very happy.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to request Jamie and his team to convert a disused/dog bedroom into a fabulous utility and cloakroom. Every concern was dealt with immediately with care and respect and advice given freely without any obligation to act upon it. Every member of the team was a delight to deal with and I genuinely enjoyed having the team around, so efficient, speedy and conscientious. And Gulliver the Spaniel is especially pleased with his new outdoor hot water tap and of course his new bedroom. Thanks so much Jamie we won’t hesitate to contact you when it’s time for the kitchen to be done.
