Externally rude. Very unprofessional left my daughter in tears!. Not to mention the messages that I received see images below. Refused a refund. Nothing wrong with the provisional licence. My daughter has glasses and she wouldn’t let her wear the glasses to drive because she’s short sighted and said she wasn’t insured due to a code on the licence. I’ve checked the DVLA and this doesn’t have to be updated only when the licence expires. My daughter was made to feel extremely uncomfortable as the instruction talked only about her own Heath issues.

I have been and am currently a student of Jane's school of motoring and can say wholeheartedly that I could not have ever asked for a better driving instructor. From when I first started to this very day Jane has been nothing short of brilliant. I have received so much support and encouragement throughout my lessons which has boosted my confidence as a driver, her working with me from day one to help remove any worries or anxiousness related to driving. She is very knowledgeable about everything to do with driving and will be able to answer pretty much any question you have, giving practical and easy to follow advice on how to improve. These both points together helped me understand what to do and then how to put the techniques and theory she taught me into action. Pushing me to improve each time I drive, even if it’s just the small things that need improvement, making me a well rounded driver. I’d like to add is that Jane is a wonderful person to be around. She’s been so kind towards me throughout my time learning from her, showing care and consideration for me as a person, not just as a student. You can go in for your lesson, learn lots and have a really pleasant time while you’re at it. She creates such a wonderful environment during lessons, putting me at ease allowing me to concentrate and perform the best I can. As my final point I’d highly recommend that anyone reading this and is currently looking for an instructor to consider contacting Jane for lessons. I can say from my experience that it is an absolute pleasure to learn from her and I feel like my ability to drive has developed remarkably under her guidance. She really works incredibly hard and wants nothing but the best for her students.

I really must say I couldn't of wished for a better instructor to teach my daughter to drive. Jane is very professional and not just taught her to drive she taught her to drive for others and predict other drivers. A lovely clean and well kept car. Well done Jane! Keep up the good work. Highly recommended!

I was a student of Jane’s a few years back and I have to say that she was the most perfect driving instructor. She didn’t just teach me to pass my test, she taught me how to drive in the real world. Jane was always friendly and made me feel so comfortable in the car - whether it was purely for the driving or supporting me in the tough times of my life. I will always remember how amazing Jane was because she really is the best.

2020 has been a difficult year but I can honestly say that my driving lessons have been incredible despite this. Jane has always been very clear and professional which has made my learning so easy. Her car is always clean and to the highest standard possible. During Covid, Jane has made following guidance and regulations trouble free. Every lesson is full of laughter which makes lessons so enjoyable!
