I've had two very good experiences with this shop. The owner has fixed two of our iPhones and did a great job at a reasonable price. The owner is an ethical guy, which is really important in the mobile repair industry. I have recommended this business to several of my friends and will continue to do so.

Having gone to an Apple dealership to be quoted £300 to fix a pixel leak on my iPhone, I went to Jay Tee. It cost £100 to fix in 45 minutes and it is perfect. Great, polite service and would highly recommend.

Very good. Took an old iPad Air in for a replacement battery, reasonable price and ready the next day. Also bought a phone case, good quality and half the price of what you'd have to pay at a main High Street retailer. Friendly chap who knows what he's talking about. Others are out there of course, however Jay Tee was much better than another local store in Cheltenham where my daughter had her iPhone screen replaced, it was a cheaper alternative with no Truetone plus they damaged the camera. So be careful who you use, cheaper isn't better. Will definitely use Jay Tee again.
