S BM5 StarCalled 3 other local locksmiths as we had an issue with the front door lock and Jon was the only one to respond. He came the same day and was able to unlock the door without any damage and then secured the door until the parts arrived to replace the lock and was able to put together the new one quickly. The charges were reasonable and had good communication. Wouldn’t hesitant to call him again if required.Wednesday 30th August 2023

He arrived very quickly, and with his help we managed to get herinto her home without having to damage any locks or surrounds. Charlie Hicks5 StarHad issues with our patio door lock. Couldn’t get the key out and the lock was completely seized. Tried fixing myself but spent all day without any luck. JB Locks turned up and rectified the issues almost instantly and increased the security on our patio doors at the same time.
