I knew very quickly from the first meeting with John to discuss the project that he was an extreme professional that took great pride in his work and ensuring the reputation of his firm. The preparation and final finish of the driveway was absolutely first class and even better than I imagined. Asked JC Resin to carry out some garden works; a new resin patio and some extension to paving and hard standing area for a shed. John took time to make suggestions about how best to achieve what we wanted and carried out a couple of site visits. The work was carried out on time, very tidy and to a high standard, really pleased, especially the resin patio which looks great. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JC Resin to friends and colleagues, very professional and knowledgeable.

It took us a long time to find a resin and landscaper for our new build house. We had a design in our minds which was fully taken into account and interpreted perfectly by JC Resin. John and his team were reliable, responsive and took great pride in their work. Working from home we observed their attention to detail and work ethic day in day out which were both second to none. An example was when the heavens opened one day and the guys headed to their vehicles, we thought they were going to shelter but no - they merely went to get their waterproof jackets and soldiered on knee deep in wet clay. Now each day we look at our drive and garden, we are thankful to have found a company as knowledgeable, reliable and hardworking as JC Resin after months of searching. Definitely the best contractor we have had whilst building our home and would highly recommend.

Having decided to replace the path around the front and sides of our house with one topped off with resin bound gravel, we contacted the company which sells the materials, Resin Bonded Ltd of Uckfield, and they recommended John Castell of JC Resin. John arrived on time for our first meeting and filled us with confidence from the start. He thought about how best to fill in spaces that needed to be left easy to access and helped us to choose the surround that would look best. The quote for the task arrived promptly and we agreed a start date which John stuck to. On the first day John and Nathan arrived at the agreed time to start the work and carefully hand dug the area (as it was so narrow). They took such care laying the block edging round the existing flower beds and getting the levels right. Each night they cleaned up so there was no cement/stone dust left to walk into the house. The finished job is amazing. It looks beautiful and makes the house look cared for. We are thrilled with our new path and John and Nathan were a pleasure to have around. We can honestly say that we have never had such conscientious and hardworking workmen in the 40 years we have owned a house. Thank you so much, Peter and Nancy May 2021
