Jim gutted my bathroom to install shower, loo and basin plus new tiles and floor to my "amateur" design/mood boards and floor plan. The most important thing was excellent communication throughout the process from first visit to planning, choosing, ordering to high standard execution. So all "ducks stayed in a row" no fuss, no mess, no delays and came out on time. on budget. Jim and his sub-contractors always arrived when they said they would and were polite, cheerful, interesting and industrious. I'm so relieved and so thrilled.

We had our ensuite bathroom totally replaced with a modern shower enclosure and fitments, new sink, toilet and cupboards. The shower base itself was 2 metres long so no mean feat getting that in position. To say we are delighted with the outcome would be an understatement, Jim was a pleasure to do business with and we would be happy to talk with any prospective customers to share our experience. Very happy customers!

Jim arrived on he same day I sent him an email to say I had a leak in my bathroom, he was so professional showed me where the leak was coming from. Did say he should be able to sort it with a replacement, changed a couple of things, tightened up the toilet seat with out even being asked to. Seriously guys if you need a plumber I can only say I will be using him and recommending him to all my customers I meet daily, you will not be disappointed

FIVE STAR SERVICE FROM A FIRST-CLASS BLOKE! We first met Jim 15 months ago. He heard from a mutual neighbour that we had a problem with our new washing machine, which the suppliers wouldn’t bring indoors, due to Covid restrictions. We weren’t able to bring it in ourselves. Not only did Jim get the machine inside, he also connected it up for us - all as a neighbourly gesture of goodwill. We have since moved to a retirement property. Jim has fitted a new combi-boiler, including disconnecting the old loft-based water supply and immersion tank. He also replaced a vanity unit and flush mechanisms and installed a new shower setup. He has taken great care to discuss these jobs, to ensure he was doing exactly what we wanted - at very fair prices too. Whilst on site with us, a couple of my elderly widow neighbours asked him to look at some plumbing problems they had. He sorted them out without fuss, despite being very busy. I know the ladies are extremely grateful. To conclude, we highly recommend Jim both for his professionalism and his engaging personality. Peter Lewis & Carol Smith
