Woke up to a burst kitchen tap hose. Dave was there within an hour to allow us to get water back on. He then fitted a new tap and correct hose. Impressed with their clear communication and Jodie’s efficiency. Second time we have had to call Dave out since Christmas and would not hesitate to call him a third time but I hope not so soon!!

Not just on time. Usually early. So far they have done have done half a dozen jobs for me - from boiler servicing to replacing a tap. The work is always completed professionally and speedily. The best plumber/heating engineer I have ever had.

Absolutely fantastic company. We had a loss of our beautiful dog just before Xmas and had our then insurance company condemning our boiler Xmas eve. We spent all of Xmas with no hot water or heating!!! We were and still are saddened with our loss. Dave and Jody made sure they put us on their priority list and we had our boiler fitted and working within 3days of contacting JD Boilers. We will never go anywhere else now and we’ve just also set our services for the boiler with them. Thank you so very much for helping us.

Dave removed my ancient boiler and replaced it with a combi-boiler that brought my heating system into the 21st century (at last). The flat panel radiators he sourced are just fabulous. Despite a few hitches with his suppliers, Dave remained on task, was always polite, turned up on time, and completed everything efficiently. I'll be taking out a servicing plan for peace of mind. Thank you Dave & Jodie, I should have had this done years ago!
