He is friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied with his work. He recently came out to replace a faulty valve and had the courtesy to call the next day just to check that everything was still working ok. Sophie Robson4 StarExcellent service from JDL since the first phone call to them, very pleasant people to speak to. The only issue was that the lady taking the customers calls did not communicate well with the plumber who was coming to do the work, therefore the incorrect information was passed on so the guy couldn't complete the job on the day stated.
However, the guy that came, Connor, was extremely pleasant and professional, he apologised for the miscommunication with the office lady, and reassured me that the job would get done in the end. Which it certainly did, when he came back, again he was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to a high standard. His communication was excellent and he was extremely efficient.
