I have been working with Joe for 3 years and over this time I have seen a significant improvement in my physical ability and my mental approach to doing exercises. From early on I’ve found that Joe is 100% committed to getting the best out of me and always demands a high level of attention to detail. Joe is very supportive and always goes the extra mile to make sure I reach my goals. He has developed and tailored a unique program for me in order to fit my personal goals and carefully monitored my improvement throughout this time. He has helped me feel stronger on and off court, enabling me to give myself the best chance of winning matches. During sessions he always finds the right amount of motivation for me to be able to push myself a bit more go beyond what I think I can do. Working with Joe is rewarding and I find myself looking forward to the challenges he offers me. I give him the highest recommendation for anyone who wants to improve and enjoy themselves at the same time.

I first approached Joe around 8 months ago after becoming tired of a persistent shoulder injury. I also started working with Joe in the hope of improving my sporting performance (my sport being football). Joe came highly recommended from several team mates of mine and I have massively impressed. Over the past 8 months I have seen Joe on a weekly basis, and have seen significant progress with both my shoulder injury, and my footballing performance has improved greatly as well. If you're looking for a personal trainer in Newcastle, I highly recommend Joe.

I started working with Joe 6 months ago after doing his free plan for a month, I'd struggled with a big weight increase after changing some epilepsy meds. I'd been looking for a suitable personal trainer in Newcastle for a while and that seemed like a perfect opportunity to trial one, I now have so much more energy and have managed to build muscle without bulking up, he seems to be able to tailor each session to how you're feeling that day and know when to push you without being overbearing. Highly recommended!

Joe helped me to get into shape before my holidays. Not only did I lose the weight I wanted to lose but the exercise programme Joe designed for me has helped me gain upper body strength that I've never had even when I did play sport (at school )! I can do proper push ups and everything! Definitely a great personal trainer in the Newcastle area and highly recommended.

When I started training with Joe, a serious ankle injury meant my fitness levels were at an all time low. In the first session, we set goals and he assessed my fitness. Joe then wrote a personalised plan that focussed on building my ankle strength and generally improving my fitness. As the weeks progressed, so did the plan, I always felt like I was being pushed without feeling overwhelmed. He gave me the push I needed to start exercising again and his enthusiasm helped spur me on throughout our sessions. Joe's plan really helped me get fit again and he also gives helpful advice on what to eat and drink. I have never been someone who enjoyed the gym but I recommend Joe to anyone wanting to start getting fit, he pushes you whilst keeping sessions enjoyable.
