Stephen was the Area Director of Professional Services in Kent and Sussex for Geering and Colyer whilst Robert was the Head of Planning and Development in Kent at the same company.

The aim of the practice was, and remains, to provide valuation and survey advice to major lending institutions and private individuals, to conduct development appraisals, secure planning permissions and local plan allocations, handle the purchase and disposal of land.
