I found them friendly and professional throughout the process; Kieran Dixon and Liz showed me round the house (I had two viewings) and both of them were a delight to deal with. I didn't feel rushed like I have done with a lot of estate agents and they seemed very engaged in the process. Richard, the manager, was very friendly and relaxed but the person I had most interface with was Melanie Ryan, the sales progressor. She is very good at her job to the extent that I felt she was working for me. She always responded quickly to phone calls and emails and even chased up some details after the sale was completed.
