Sue Bunn5 StarSo impressed with JRP. Phoned this morning as my oven & hob keep shorting and I had no cooking facilities. Spoke to James, who said he’d have an electrician out in a couple of hours. Lee arrived, suitably kitted out with protective mask. He was great - very polite, identified the problem, explained what he was doing and fixed it. I need to have more work done but at least I could have a hot meal tonight. Tony Huntriss5 StarWe had a loose connection on our board that resulted in the buzz bar getting hot and doing some damage to the RCD.
They replaced the buzz bar and reinstalled a spare RCD I kept in the garage.
They even did an Insulation test at my request.
All at 9pm-10:30pm on a monday night during Lockdown.
