Eight months ago JSB upgraded our ageing home security system at a price and of a standard of work that we were very happy with. Last week we had an issue with the system so we phoned the company and they were happy to talk through some possible causes. It was quickly established that the problem was a cobweb being picked up by a p.i.r. Obviously 100% our responsibility, easily remedied by ourselves. So in short if you're looking for a company to install a good quality security system at a reasonable price and that has good after sales service we would have no hesitation in recommending JSB.

Outdated company with a terrible attitude. Its like they have gave up wanting to keep customers happy, poor quality products, install and service. Far more reliable local installers now.

i had an alarm system fitted with this company 7 years ago, we had no problem with it until last week, they came out straight away to resolve it for us, was very pleased with the service and the cost... would definitely stay with them

Moved into a property with a JSB alarm installed. Alarm kept chirping every few hours. Phoned JSB to ask them to come around and look at it. Man at end of phone sounded irritated at all the hassle! I offered to pay for his time - I just wanted it sorted! We arranged an appointment. He never showed up. Always funny to find companies that don’t want customers!

Very disappointing took money and never came back to finish the job despite endless phone calls and messages. Would not recommend.
