Visited Julie hoping my wedding dress could be fixed after another very popular service turned it into a potato sack. Julie was so accommodating, making space for a few appointments to get the job done as it was TWO WEEKS before the big day! The alterations were fantastic and it was returned to it's former glory and better. Julie was so lovely and reassuring, we knew the dress was in safe hands. Could not recommend any more, thank you so much. You saved the day, Julie!

I took my faux leather jacket to her to replace a broken zip. The jacket was in pristine condition. 6 week later, after be chasing her for 2 weeks, I got my jacket back, totally damaged around the zip area (top to bottom) She refused to take responsibility and tried to convince me that it was already likely that despite the strong evidence in the garment! She was very rude and patronising and very aggressive. Certainly, avoid this place!

Where do I even begin, Julie wad amazing from start to finish, as soon as I met her she was brilliant. If you don't like banter and someone being honest go elsewhere. Julie done my dress and my 3 bridesmaid dresses and done the best job, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. X

Julie is a wizard, I bought my wedding dress 3 years ago and have lost a lot of weight since then. I was so worried I would have to get a new dress but Julie has done an amazing job altering it for me. She has also altered my bridesmaid dresses and done an amazing job. Highly recommend.
