Contacted KA Watts who originally installed our boiler and cylinder for a service. Ian serviced our boiler and cylinder, as well as capped off our radiator in a very efficient and timely manner. Nice gentleman; very knowledgeable! The price was affordable and the customer service irreproachable! Could not recommend enough!

Absolutely awful quality. Boiler started leaking and refused to come and take a look at it. Avoid.

We purchased a new home and this is the company the builder used for their plumbing installations. The central heating system doesn't work properly, we have poor water pressure and the radiators don't work as they should. They have been out 8 times now and booked in for the 9th visit and have been unable to resolve the issue. The plumbers that have all attended have been nice people but nobody takes any responsibility and the work is clearly to a very poor standard because they always say "it's all fixed now" and later that day we experience the same issues. Emma and Karen who communicate via email to book the appointments in etc are very rude and show no empathy for all the inconvenience that is caused by them not being able to do their job properly. Please don't waste your money, use a different company.
