We bought a gas fireplace from KA Services. He was very helpful while we made the purchase. He did a great job installing it and was nice enough to take the time to look over our heating system and make some suggestions for us. He repaired our gas boiler within an hour and on top of that explained step by step what's happened and why it happened which was very professional. The amazing team - from pre-purchase guidance to billing, to installation and post-installation support. The team was very helpful in identifying the right boiler for me and arranged for the installation within 2 days. The installation engineer was amazing - he patiently explained all the controls to me. Highly recommended service!!

Had maintenance done on both gas fireplaces. I was initially concerned that I may have had a novice service guy. But I soon was comfortable with his knowledge and workmanship. They were prompt and courteous and feel I received great service.
