Contacted Kal (reg shower issue), and from the first moment he was fully into it. Understood the issue, and presented options. Came on agreed time to look and give the qoute. We went ahead with the job, and did a great job. Comparing him to many others (my previous plumber), who just ducked away (seems like were scared to fix the issue), he was a great help. Now he is on my speed dial for any plumbing needs.

Excellent service. Reasonable price. My bathroom had a leak causing extensive damage, but Kal quickly identified the problem, rectified the leak, and renewed all the damaged fittings whilst ensuring costs did not spiral. Bathroom now looks good as new and the job was done very promptly too.

Kal was great. Arrived when he said, investigated a leaking loo, which he left in full working order without fuss or extra expense. He also fitted a new kitchen tap. He asked me how I would like it fitted (angle), allowed me to clean under after the old tap was removed and before the new one went on. Left the place tidy, took away the rubbish and did it all in good time. Then charged a more than fair price. Basically GREAT ! Will definitely use again. Thanks Kal.
