I have used these guys for an estate I look after for 5+ years and have to say that when you need them they really do come through. The engineers are all polite and friendly and the office staff are regular helpful voices. Generally really happy with the service we have had over the years. Nice to have a company where the staff have been there a long time and are good at what they do.

As part of a home improvement project i decided to replace my old intruder alarm and to move my maintenance contract to a local provider to secure better support.I chose KBO and have been delighted.The installation was carried out promptly, efficiently and tidily.The system was demonstrated and fully explained to us so we were confident with its operation. I have found every member of KBO to be friendly, competent,helpful and efficient. KBO are a very professional, customer focused local company which has provided me with first class service. I made the right choice in choosing KBO and as result 5 months later I chose them to install my cctv.

My nan lives on her own and had a fall a few months back. Unfortunately she had placed the key the other side of the door so we could not get in. We managed to gain entry but was worried this may happen again. After speaking to KBO and explaining my concerns they changed the locks on both doors which allowed access even if the key was in the other side. They also cut extra keys so our family could gain access if necessary. Thankfully they explained to my nan that she could lock the door but also the family could unlock if necessary. Nice to know there are companies who still take pride in ensuring the safety of the elderly. Highly recommended
