tried to charge me over double the agreed price. Told me I needed new back brake pads and discs so I had them booked in to be replaced at another garage only to be called up and told why do I want new back brakes when these ones on the car are fine but could do with a clean at the back. Tried to charge me £300 to figure out why my turbo wasn't working as no power was coming from the turbo which was another lie as I just had a split pipe which was £150 to fix. The garage I used for the repairs had 4.7* reviews. This is a update from my first review below. I wanted a unofficial mot done on my car so I could get the repairs done ahead on my actual mot that's in a few months time. When I went to collect my car I was told that they didn't do all the tests that they would do in a mot because that would cost extra (I just paid you for the price of a mot so what is different here) Then they assumed I wanted more work done on the car and stared telling me my turbo might be broke etc etc no ppower coming from itt,would cost alot alot for that to be replaced) I went and picked the car up as I only wanted it looked at and it was driving just fine with the turbo fully working when I collected it. I said originally I wanted just a idea of the work I need done so I can look at a few garages. I have a check engine light problem that I wanted diagnostics on and a mot only. Since then I've still been waiting two weeks now for them to get back to me with a quote on the work as they know I'm going to take it to another garage they're not providing me with the quote I've asked for. I would avoid this garage at all costs if I was you personally. They want your ££££ bad. Also I forgot to mention when I went to collect my car they tried charging me over double the original price I'd been quoted.
