Andrew Day5 StarWe used them and were very pleased, recommended them to my elderly mother as shower was leaking, she paid the £90+vat call-out fee, chap took max 5 minutes and said the sealant had gone. Will have to come back as needs to be dry. Mum asked if initial payment would be taken off the overall bill, he said he thought so but when she spoke to the office they said it wouldn’t, she ended up feeling ripped off. Shame as the plumber was very friendly. EDIT Will from Kentish plumbers rang to apologise profusely and explained that mum should not have been charged twice and immediately refunded the money. I had a few quotes from different companies and Kentish plumbers were the cheapest.
