Total disregard for customer service once anything is installed. Fitted windows and doors to a parents property in 2013 however, both Doors NOT sealed correctly with rain leaking in every time it rains and wind blowing through with outside noise heard 24/7. Handle mechanisms faulty and despite being changed some time ago, this didn't last long so parents gave up trying. Main bedroom window has 5mm gap through to the open air outside when window is closed causing wind to blow in and excessive heat to escape. Bathroom window the same. Attempted contact when i realised around 12 months ago and ignored made worse by the fact that KG Windows is NO LONGER FENSA REGISTERED since 2017 meaning all issues now have to be paid for personally. Appalling installation, appalling customer service... avoid !

Used to be a very good company ,seems to have gone downhill ,my mothers been waiting over 12 months for patio door glass replacing as seals have broken down ,she has now decided to go elsewhere due to getting no where with the company ,very poor service seems the guarantee is worth nothing
