My family and i used to eat at this restaurant a few years ago and i must say, it used to be terrible. I recall it being called the Rose of Kashmire?? However, i was driving through Dudley a few weeks ago and saw that the name had changed. We decided to try this restaurant out again. Upon arrival i was greeted by very welcoming staff, who when questioned, notified us that it was under new management and ownership. We sat down and ordered our food. We waited 20 minutes for it to be served to us, which was impeccable timing considering the amount of orders that we saw the waitress receive over the phone. The food was simply delicious, could not fault it whatsoever. Absolutely delectable. Lovely company and conversation from the staff, made our family night out even better. We were very glad we decided to give this another go. Thank you to the lovely waitresses and other staff memebers if you are reading this. see you soon :)

Service was very poor. We waited around 45-50 minutes for what was a very small serving of food. Chicken Tikka was in small chunks and again was a small portion. We were the only people in the restaurant in a party of 5. Table was wonky but had nothing to do with the legs the table was generally loose. My chair was also uneven. We had to ask for water you generally get given at an Indian Restaurant. There were no condiments on table and was never offered any until asked. The Bill wasn't presented to us at the end of our meal but instead was just told to us. We were also offered no mints at the end of the meal which is something that's usually traditional at every other Indian restaurant I've been to. Overall new name hasn't done well for this restaurant and we are going to avoid going there again. After a reply I must edit due to not being a me to reply. It seems as though the times I I used may have been inflated. My Google places says I was at the restaurant for a total of 1 hour. We ordered within the first 10 minutes as we all knew what we wanted, we waited around 30-35 mins for the food which then leaves 15 minutes where we were eating - and that's being nice it certainly didn't take that long. Saying that there were 10 pieces of chicken, there were but they were small pieces. Less than half the size of what we have received at other restaurants. The Bill WAS NOT presented to us, the female server carried it in her hands over to the table, stood next to me and read out the total cost of the meal then walked off bill in hand. As for the mints, after she walked away with the bill we sorted out money between the 5 of us while the female server stood at the counter waiting. As we got up to pay and walk out we said our greeting which we didn't receive a reply to apart from myself. At no point were we going to receive them.
