Booked an appointment 9th July 2002 and arrived on time. Was told to take a seat but after 10 minutes wait the barber I was booked with came over to say he would be another 5-10 minutes wait yet he was only half way through the other customers haircut. They take your email and phone number at booking yet no contact to inform me of the delay. Ended up cancelling my appointment and walking out to go elsewhere. Totally unprofessional and manager did not seem bothered about losing a customer. Don't waste your time and book somewhere else who value your custom and time.

The service and professionalism from Ahmed at Kings Wylde Green is great - he always takes his time perfecting each haircut, never rushes and always gives me consistent fades. A great lad who will go far! I can also vouch for Nasar, who has also cut my hair in the past. Booking online is super easy and intuitive, I would highly recommend doing this as oppose to waiting in the barber shop.

Poor haircut from a miserable guy in a disgustingly dirty Kings barbers in Wylde Green. I nearly walked out before the guy picked up his scissors but I stupidly gave him the benefit of the doubt. What looked like years of hairs left piled up under an out of order vending machine. Dirty mirrors and work surfaces. The only positive note was that the other guy appeared friendly and seemed to be doing a thorough job. Wish id had the nerve to take photos inside the place because it was truly disgusting. More fool me for not walking out. Just don't like to be rude.

This is by far my favorite barber shop in the area. I get my hair cut weekly, my previous barber of 10 years was out of business for a while and I needed a trim so I come to Kings, Ahmed sorted me out. I didn’t realise how bad of a cut I had been getting from my previous barber until Ahmed cut my hair how it should be done. I am more pleased with the haircut after each visit. The beard shape up is next level! I highly recommend this Barbershop to anyone looking the best fades and beard shape up for great value. Ask for Ahmed

Absolutely awful. I’ve been here so many times, and they’ve never once got my haircut right. I have to go back so many later that day to ask them to correct something after I’ve washed my hair at home. I’ve tried using different barbers from there, but not one of them has done a good job. They fail to do a fade on the side, leaving me with a weird length of hair on top. They put product in my hair after asking them not to. Please use another barber
