Absolutely unprofessional. I cannot understand why they are getting reviews they have.?having to talk to trading standards as they are unapproachable.

Booked for carpet and sofa cleaning. Turned up late but did let us know. No problem. Operative left water all over the laminate floor but barely wet the carpet. It was a bit cleaner but not a lot. The main issue was with the sofa which had been dirty because our dog had unfortunately got his muddy paws everywhere. Naturally, we cleaned it ourselves but we wanted a professional to do a better job. We were told the sofa would take a while to dry but I'm not sure it ever would have as it was soaked. We had to use our own carpet/upholstery machine to extract the excess water and it was far from clean. We booked the service as a convenience but ended up having to do the job ourselves. A waste of time and money. We have tried to resolve the issue but emails have not been returned. Avoid.

The guys did an amazing job on my carpets across 2 sets of stairs and landing. Rang today and as they were in the area completing another job they kindly fitted me in between which was fantastic. Thank you guys for doing such a great job! Highly recommend!

This company are really disappointing. I would avoid at all costs. I booked them for carpets, oven and sofa cleaning. The price was cheaper than the others but after experiencing their services I know why. The cleaners arrived in a car two hours late. When they arrived they had forgotten half of their equipment so couldn’t do the oven. On starting work they walked continuously through my house in their dirty shoes (no shoes covers used) they sprayed something on the carpets but when I said I wanted to do underneath the furniture they said the wouldn’t move it. I said that was fine and they just had to shout me and I would move the furniture around for them. They didn’t do this just went round any furniture and didn’t let me know. The clean of the carpets was of a really poor standard. There were clumps of hair left all over the place and I had to go around afterwards and hoover and pick up dirt from the floor. In total it took them 25 mins to do three double bedrooms and the stairs and landing. The carpets were left with a terrible smell. The worst part of the carpet cleaners was the mess their machine made on my laminate flooring there was water everywhere - they didn’t put anything down to protect the floors. When I asked them they just said it’s ok it’s good laminate. I had to mop the laminate after they left three times to get rid of the dirty smell. Then it came to my sofa. The sofas just didn’t clean in fact some of the small stains on them I got out after they had left by rubbing it. The sofa cushions were saturated with water - they took 4 days to dry. Whilst doing my sofa they again walked the dirty water across my rug which was left filthy. I have had carpets and upholstery cleaned before and they are usually left smelling lovely but I had to go round afterwards with a carpet spray to freshen them up. I felt really uncomfortable tackling the men in my house so I paid them and they left. I then contacted the owner of the company to resolve the issue straight away as I understand in business things go wrong and companies should have a chance to put them right. They had also over charged me so I wanted my money back. I have text and spoken to the manager several times over the last two weeks and given him chance to pay me the money he owes me from the over charging and resolve my issues. Every time he says he is investigating and now he is ignoring my messages. He does not understand that he has a customer that is unhappy. He stated he wanted to sack the men (I believe they probably just need done training ) but whatever he has done with his staff he has done nothing to resolve my issues. I have found out since having this company in what to look for. A sofa should not take 4 days to dry and look for a company that has reviews switched on on Facebook. You cant add reviews on their site. Please don’t make the same mistake as me and go for the cheapest option.

Had our carpets cleaned today and we are over the moon with the outcome 😁 can not reccomend enough! Very professional, friendly and great value for money 😁 will definitely be back in future when the carpets need a clean again. :-)
