I chose them due to a ‘competitive’ price - a mistake. Pay cheap, pay twice. My sale fell through eventually and I didn’t even get a reply from them when I told them this. I went with a different solicitor for my eventual successful property purchase, and although I paid more, the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication was night and day.

I really couldn’t recommend this law firm highly enough. We chose to go with Kingswalk after a recommendation from Fairs Estate (also highly recommended). We had a really tricky purchase, which had lots of issues and Gail was with us every step of way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, towards the final week of completing I received daily calls and emails and lots of reassurance from Gail, when it was really needed during such a stressful time.
