My experience with this company was first class from start to finish. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved; Lewis and Harry who carried out the work, and Tania and Emily in the office who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wanted a gas oven cut off and a radiator replaced. They were super understanding of the situation and managed to fit me in at short notice so I could disconnect my old oven and promptly get the replacement reconnected, meaning very little time spent cooking on a camping stove. With the radiator they did a fantastic job of running through options re. style and size. Directing me to their fabulous local Nevelli showroom for a fancy designer unit. At an excellent price. When it came to the installation, their guys arrived as promised and on time, and went above and beyond the requirements of this very needy customer. They improved the layout of my scruffy old pipework (even correcting the pipes that ran down from above that weren't perfectly plumb!), filled the old holes and even painted behind the new rad for me. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. A really great company that I would highly recommend. I look forward to working with them again very soon on adding a small solar farm to the rear of my property.

Whitwell Services were fantastic. We had a leak on a clients heating system just before christmas, we phoned 5 other local plumbers and none of them wanted to know. Whitwell went out of their way to carry out the job within an hour despite it being their office christmas party that afternoon. They were very professional and got the issue fixed to a good standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Whitwell Services for over 20 years and they have always given exceptional service. Luke and his father, John, have come to my rescue many times... always responding quickly and going above and beyond to keep my old boiler working efficiently long after it should have been retired. The whole team at Whitwell are professional, polite and experts in their field. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable heating engineer.

A huge thank you to all at Whitwell Services. I had been having ongoing problems with the hot water on my boiler for a few years and had been getting parts changed each time - it was definitely showing its 21yrs age! I contacted Luke @ Whitwell Services and he was able to complete a virtual viewing of my boiler to quote for replacement. He booked the works in within a short period and explained to me who would be attending, approximate timescale of the works and what they would be doing. From the moment Harry and Martin arrived they adhered to social distancing guidelines and ensured a great finish to the works. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Whitwell Sevices to anyone - Great customer service and professional, whilst following all Covid 19 guidelines!

We employed Whitwells to install our new Grant boiler. The whole team were polite, friendly but more importantly very proffesional. Our thanks go to Harry, Dave, Toby, Josh and of course boss man Luke. Would I recommend Whitwells? Yes and indeed have already done so.
