Tony and his team have just installed a new boiler for me after many months of recurring problems. They are all professional, skilled, careful workers, obviously experts in their field who take pride in doing a first class job. Lacey’s fitted our new shower. It was a total refit, which meant ripping out old shower room of 25 yrs. Tony visited for a consultation and gave some very god advice to suit our needs. We had to wait a few weeks for availability which couldn’t be helped. Glad Lacey’s are so busy ! The date we were given to start work was the day they started 🌟 Amazing. The team were 10/10 and there were no days where they weren’t here. The plumbers, electricians and tiler were booked in flawlessly and worked around each other. Quick lunch breaks , non stop working , arrive on time, proper days work. Polite, respectful of our home at all times even though we kept saying we didn’t mind if the music was turned up 😂 We did choose an expensive shower system - Aqua Lisa so our quote wasn’t cheap. However, after our shower room was fitted we felt every Penny was worth it and had no regrets. We truly felt like VIP customers from beginning to end. Tony asked for photos a couple of times to make sure work was up to speed and of a standard expected from Lacey’s. He came up when finished to do a full check over. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks there was a fault with the shower unit - not a fault of Lacey’s - but a faulty control unit, and Tony was up within 40 minutes to take a look. Aqua Lisa were with us after a few days and the control unit was replaced in 20 minutes. We highly recommend Lacey’s and would definitely use them again.

I Could not fault this company, honest reliable, friendly service over the phone, and truly professional. The plumber visited and diagnosed the problem swiftly. Was given a quote and once accepted the plumber was back to fit the new boiler. The plumber had good time keeping, was very polite and kept mess to a minimum. Definalty recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
