Been eating here for more than 10 years. Saw someone left a bad review with one star, which is mad. Here's my experience: Staff are always really friendly, portion sizes are huge, price is really good value, food is absolutely delicious. No other Indian, Punjabi, Afghani restaurant in London comes close to beating Lahori. 5 Stars.

The food here is delicious! The prices are reasonable and the service is warm and friendly. There is absolutely no issue with the quality of the food. I live in North London but make a point of going here everytime i am in West London and i order extra so i can take it back with me. I have been coming here over 10 years and never had an issue. I would ask customers to go in and judge for yourself as the negative reviews are beyond belief as a regular customer. It is a cafe style takeaway. Yes the food is heated in microwaves. The food is kept in glass chillers or covered in cling film, not in the open. If you have realistic expectations you will not be dissappointed and have a good tasty meal. In all the years i have been going i have never once been asked to leave a review. I came West London today and wanted to check what time they open but i was so shocked by the misleading negative reviews i had to leave my own.

Why on earth did this precious gem destroy their ambience with such a dreadful and unnecesary makeover? They lost half their seating by installing a stupid and uncomfortable sharing banquette sofa (which nobody wants to sit on) and plastered their walls with a tacky and migraine inducing mural.It makes the place look like a cheap 'Chicken Cottage' clone or dodgy shisha den.This utterly wrongheaded refurbishment has made it so cramped and it's obviously alienated their seating customers as the place is like a ghostship now.After eating their wonderful food there for more than a quarter of a century I can't bear to step foot in it again.So sad to see Lahori deserted all the time now because of a foolishly ill considered and ugly 'modernisation'.

The main course does not come with rice or nan bread which is shocking! Even the samosas are way too expensive let alone starters! The price is way too much when compared to other Indian restaurants nearby! All in all it is some restaurant to avoid if you are a regular in the Shepherds Bush Area!!! Rip offs that’s all that comes to mind! I wish there were -0* that I could have awarded them! Oh and be aware they beg for good reviews!!!!
