Having initially had high hopes for Scott and his ability to deliver a garden renovation, we were in fact left extremely disappointed by the overall service received. Not only were there issues with everything he had done, which all needed rectifying at extra cost, but he was unresponsive and would fail to turn up numerous times and made countless excuses. The images give you an indication of the standard of the work delivered, including terrible flagstones and laurels which were dying because of not planting them properly. The image where he dumped waste from our rear garden into the land at the front of our house gives you an idea of the quality of service received.
