Eddie Daly1 StarBooked them to come and view decking and patio, got a phone call and e mail confirming that John Reed would be out to look at it. Took a day off work and no one turned up. I phoned 4 times and e mailed and every time on the phone I was told they would get back to me and they never bothered. Never bothered to reply to my e mail either.
Very poor service, the poorest I have been treated by a company. I am a which member and will be contacting them and I have regularly left "trust a trader reviews" I will be contacting them also.Sunday 27th January 2019
Michaela Bordessoule1 StarLangshott Landscapes damaged our cross over while doing cross over for our neighbours. Their NOT thoughtful and as it looks not enough skilled workforce started rolling the roler (which was not necessary as there was enough room on the main road to do so) on our very visibly one week old and fresh tarmac and left dents from the tracks and made some gravel loose which was than dragged along.
After two phone calls to their office and was able to speak only to their secretary I was promises that John will call back which he never did. t is obvious that they are not interested in our complain.
West Sussex Highways & Transport was notified of their conduct as they are on their list of recommended suppliers.Wednesday 25th April 2018
