Peter Kingham1 StarDean USED to be ok - poor time keeping but OK. He did TWO rental inspections for me & out of kindness I paid him for these before I got the certificates. Six months later still no paperwork and lots of excuses. VERY VERY poor and now looking like I will have to take him to small claims court and more. I gave him LOTS of opportunities.
